Welcome to Soul Healer, a spiritual wellness app operated by ATND Visions. By creating an account or using souls-healer.com or our apps, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Soul Healer is a spiritual wellness app built around a daily practice. It offers a daily reflection and affirmation, a private journal, guided meditations, multi-day journeys, and written pieces to read. The app also lets you hold private one-to-one conversations with independent advisors through chat and sessions. Advisors are independent providers, not employees of Soul Healer.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Soul Healer.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Advisors set their own rates and provide their own services. Soul Healer facilitates the connection and payment but does not guarantee any particular outcome, accuracy, or result of any conversation or session.
You may send virtual gifts to advisors using diamonds. Gifts are a token of appreciation and are non-refundable once sent.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or abuse others; share unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; impersonate others; attempt to bypass payments; or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users on Soul Healer. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexually explicit or exploitative material, and anything else listed in section 7 have no place here.
You can report a problem from any chat, from an advisor’s profile, or from a past session, and you can block an advisor at any time, which stops any further messages or sessions between you. Every report goes to our moderation team, who review it and decide what to do. Where a report is upheld we act on the account responsible, up to and including suspending it or removing it permanently.

The Soul Healer name, logo, and platform are owned by ATND Visions and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain ownership of the content you create and grant us a license to operate and display it within the service.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any conversation or result will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul Healer and ATND Visions are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
