Soul Healer (“Soul Healer”, “we”, “us”), operated by ATND Visions, lets you permanently delete your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.
If you cannot access the app, email atnd@atndvisions.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.
When you delete your account, your personal information is removed or anonymised, including:
We retain a limited record of completed transactions (for example, payment and refund records) where we are required to do so by law, such as for tax and accounting. These records are kept only for the period required by applicable law, are not used for any other purpose, and have personal identifiers minimised wherever possible.
